Between April 2017 and December 2018, I co-founded Justbit.site, a boutique tech studio offering custom-built software solutions to startups and small businesses. As CTO & Co-Founder, I led the company’s technical vision, managed the engineering team, and worked directly with clients to deliver SEO-optimized, scalable web applications.

I was responsible for defining the company’s technical roadmap, leading project execution from initial scoping to deployment. Our work spanned from fast, SEO-friendly WordPress sites to dynamic React applications and integrated e-commerce platforms.

- 🧭 Launched 10+ client projects in our first year, building full-stack platforms that ranged from corporate websites to custom dashboards and e-commerce stores.
- 👨💻 Developed scalable front-end experiences using React.js, optimizing for responsiveness, SEO, and performance in multi-device environments.
- 🛒 Built WooCommerce-based e-commerce stores with advanced Google Ads and Analytics integrations, helping clients boost organic and paid conversions.

Justbit operated at the intersection of client services and product innovation. As a founding partner, I wore multiple hats—technical lead, project manager, and client-facing partner. The business model focused on:
- Client-First Development: We built everything to spec—no templates. From custom themes in WordPress to bespoke React frontends, our focus was speed, usability, and adaptability.
- Full-Stack Ownership: With expertise in Node.js, PHP, and modern databases, we were able to build entire products in-house, ensuring better quality control and faster iteration.

Justbit was my hands-on bootcamp in entrepreneurship, team leadership, and full-cycle product delivery. It taught me how to build for users and businesses alike—balancing code quality, user experience, and commercial needs.
